Over at CASE-ing The Catty this week we are doing all things KIDS! I’m excited and expecting lots of fun, bright and cheerful creations.
I’ve decided to CASE the super cute card on the bottom of page 40 of the catalogue using the very popular set ‘Boys Will Be Boys’.
I did mix it up a little bit though, changing the colours and the stamps used. I do love the Cherry On Top DSP Paper Stack and based my colour combination on the colours in the stack and also added a strip of it in the Bermuda Bay on my card for a but more interest.
The blocks and the robot stamps are my two favourites from this set so how could I not use them on my card?! I love how you can colour co-ordinate the robot to suit your project with a little bit of colour added to him using our stamp pads and blender pens. The combinations are endless. I do have to admit though that I almost always tend to grab my Smoky Slate ink for his body colour. I’ll have to have more of a play as I think he would look fabulous with his body in bright Real Red, Bermuda Bay or even the fresh Cucumber Crush!
The next talented CASE-ing The Catty star on your journey is The Paper Caper’s very own Jessica Williams with her gorgeous cards using another favourite ‘No Bones About It’. So many ideas and so much inspiration using this set.
Thanks for joining us once again!
